14 day juicing challenge, day 2

So Wednesday I juiced after midnight. I added ice. It tasted pretty good!

  1. carrots
  2. chard
  3. ginger – a whole lot it was spicy!
  4. apples
  5. celery

Buying the books is a good possibility, but not necessary.  The site fit-juice.com has a lot of the same info and recipes for free.  There’s lots of other resources on the web as well. And it’s not really that hard to juice decently on your own anyways.
