14 Day Juicing Challenge, Days 5, 6, 7, 8

I actually missed the 5th day. I think it was because I put off juicing until really late and then I ended up going to sleep.

Day 6 I juiced a bunch of stuff. The usual:

  1. carrots
  2. ginger
  3. apples
  4. chard
  5. a lemon

Day 7, I just got some fretted squeezed orange juice from Whole Foods.

Day 8 is today and I am going to go juice in a second after I upload these photos.  Also, I took pictures of the smoothie I made today. Bananas,, kale cherries, strawberries, plain kefir and milk.  It was pretty good.  I think the trick is to find the right ratio of solids to liquids so the smoothie has the right consistency.
