So I don’t even remember how the 14 day juicing challenge ended. But I do have an overall good feeling from it.
I wish I was still juicing more often. Based on the juicing challenge and my overall health, I would say that probably juicing 3-5 days a week is very good. Every day would be better but the main ramp-up in benefits seems to be after about 3 days a week.
Hopefully, I will try another juicing challenge soon, though I’ll probably just use one post to detail the entire challenge.
