Here’s how I make homemade juice:
- Get a juicer – I use Jack Lananne’s juicer
- Get some fruit and veggies, preferably organic
- Put in the stuff, not too fast, and leave some carrots for the end
- Get a toothbrush to clean out the juicer afterwards (the sooner you clean the juicer, the easier it is to clean)
- 4-5 carrots
- 2-3 apples, with seeds removed
- 2 sticks celery
- 10-15 stalks of cilantro
- ginger about the size of 2 US quarters
- maybe 1-2 leaves of red kale
If you keep everything in the refrigerator, you’ll have cold juice!
