Relaxation exercise #1

From my favorite yoga video series – this video really helps me feel more calm, peaceful and relaxed.  It takes less than 9 minutes.  Do it anywhere you feel comfortable and where you hips are above your legs.  You could probably do this at an office just by closing your eyes.

Basically the lady guides you through a series of breathing that allows you focus on different parts of your body.  Hope you get a chance to check it out!
